I am taking the time out to send a letter of appreciation for Michelle for the service excellence that we received from her regarding the purchase of a property and subsequent sale of another.

We have become so accustomed to sub-standard service, lack of commitment, unprofessional and take it or leave it attitude in this country that anyone who does the opposite will stand out head and shoulders above their peers.

Michelle proved to be such a person, from the word go she was always gently closing on her sale and remaining focused. She accommodated us all the way with the numerous questions and requests that we sent her way and never tired of assisting us, even accommodating us after hours so that she could get my wife and I together to finalise the deal. We were so impressed and blown away with her service and trusted her immediately that we asked her to sell one of our properties which she proceeded to do within 2 days. Simply amazing...

I am currently in an industry that tries to deliver excellent customer service and have also worked for an estate agency in sales before but I can tell it is very hard to get such work ethic, service delivery and always with a smile....hence my mail to you.
